Using Direct Object Pronouns

This is a direct object pronoun activity with some scaffolding. The activity first demonstrates direct objects in use with pronoun replacement. Next, the student is asked to provide the pronoun replacement independently. Lastly, the student must create an original question with a direct object in it based off the image, as well as provide the response with a direct object pronoun.

- In each example to the right, you ask the character Juan a question that includes a direct object noun. The character then responds to the question using a direct object pronoun to replace the direct object noun used in the original question. Notice the word order in each answer!
- Now it's your turn! The questions have been provided below each picture. Complete the character Luisa's responses using direct object pronouns.
- Now create your own question for each picture of Ignacio to the right. Make sure the question has a direct object in it! Then, complete his response with a direct object pronoun.
