It has been a month now since we asked you to fix the problem but you have not done that yet ,One of your employee is very sick
My apologies for that ,things got a liitle bit busy i could not have time to do it.
Now I can see that you do not care about the health of your employees.All you care about is money
It not my fault that the employee got sick,he should have been more careful
You are being so unprofessional right now ,How can you say that ?
It is also their responsibilty to more careful
The union representative confronts the employer
It is clear that you do not care about the rights of the employees.so therefore i will take this matter to the union and there wil be disciplinary hearing against you
I have been in this company for so many years ,I know all the rights of the employees.
In this scenario the employer does not seem to care and is blaming the employee of not being careful
I think the company made a bad decision by appointing you to the management
As i have said I'm going to fix this you all need to relax and give me time.
The employer here continues to blame the employees
It too late now you had the whole month to fix this
The union represantative takes this case to another level by taking the employer to the hearing
The employer realise that this matter is very serious and start coming into his senses
