The Russian Revolution started in 1917. The Russians wants against the tsarist government because they didn't want to be controlled by them anymore. The Russians were led by Vladimir Lenin. The tsar government had full control over the Russians they even controlled the church, the Russians had no say so in anything and wanted freedom. At the end the Russians got what they wanted but they had to fight very hard to get that.
