Why do I have to go to this class? I already know what to do and I really don't feel like going in there.
Sometimes I don't feel like going to certain classes at school. It is important to go to every class, so I don't miss instruction and time with my friends and teachers. Right now, my goal is to go to all of my classes for at least 15 minutes each.

I prefer to work at my own pace, so I often finish my work quickly.Other times, I might feel frustrated because I'm overwhelmed and feel stuck.When this happens, I can ask for help, take a short walk, or find something quiet to do at my desk like draw or read.

Finding something else to focus on will help me stay calm while other things are going on in the classroom.My friends and teachers will feel appreciated when they are able to concentrate.After my timer tells me it's been 15 minutes, I can earn praise tickets and work in a preferred location.When I reach my goals, I am able to help myself and my friends!
