After Emma's talk with her Mommy, she realized that her Mommy is right. Emma was spending too much time on Instagram worrying about how she looked. She now realizes that she doesn't need social media to tell her how to look and what is beautiful. So instead, Emma got rid of social media and started spending her time doing what she loves again.
...And that is exactly what Emma started to do. Many of the girls she followed only ate one meal per day. So Emma did the same. She started to throw out her lunch everyday and only eat dinner at home with her parents, even though she was still very hungry all day.
Emma told Dr. Brown that she had only been eating once a day. Dr. Brown told her, " You need to eat 3 times a day to fuel your body and keep healthy!".

Mommy and Emma had a talk. Mommy told Emma that she is beautiful the way she is and does not have to try to be like everyone else she sees on Instagram. She explained to Emma that eating this way was not good for her and that she was perfect the way she was. Emma didn't need Instagram to know she is beautiful.
That same day, Emma's Mommy arrived home from work to find Emma on the floor! She didn't know what caused this. She called the doctor right away.
