- Hey Emily! Could you explain the Projectile Motion to us again?
- It's probably better if I don't tell them that I was sleeping the whole time.
- Of course, it's a good thing that I listened well to what Sir Wilson was teaching us.
- Projectile Motion is a type of motion where an object is thrown in the air and moves a curved path until it reaches the ground.
- Example is when a person shoots a Basketball to the Rim until the ball reaches the floor.
- David and Jacob asks Emily about their new lesson in Science which is about Projectile Motion.
- Wait, from what I remember. There are 2 components of Projectile Motion, correct?
- That's right! It's called Vertical Motion and Horizontal Motion.
- Emily told David and Jacob the definition of Projectile Motion first.
- As far as I know, Horizontal Motion is equal to 0° since it just stays at the same position. If the object is going backward, then its considered as negative. If the object is going forward, its positive.
- Emily gave an Example of Projectile Motion to David and Jacob for them to further understand its concept.

- While for Vertical Motion, it is equal to 90°. If the object is going down, it's negative. If the object is going up, it's positive.
