I need to go get masks at Costco! But I dunno if I should go today?

Masks are almost out of stock everywhere it is very scarce.

Consumers are people who buy all the goods like you me and many other customers.
There is still a chance to buy the mask but at a higher rate because consumers sometimes won't buy stuff because of the cost. You can still buy them
So I can go to the store and get masks but for a higher cost? Well I guess there will be a surplus of gloves since people do not use them anymore.
Surpluses are items that are overflowed or the amount is more than you need.
