- It was the day before homecoming, when all Karm could think about was how badly she needed a new dress. She asked me where she could find a dress and instantly the first solution that came to mind was going to Windsor to find her a dress. Windsor was an hour away from our home but without thinking of any other closer store that may offer dresses, we concluded that going to Windsor was the only solution to her problem, especially since I have always found nice dresses there.

- Unfortunately, the drive was too far for our mom to make and Karm was told to use the same dress she used last year. Karm was determined to do anything to get a new dress. She winked at me and told me she had a plan. I became filled with worry and started feeling anxious as I do every time I see her wink. I suspected that her plan would bring us no good.

- As expected, Karm's plan included sneaking out and taking the metro bus to Windsor. While we were outside, I became filled with fear and tried to hide behind trash cans that Karm was suppose to take inside but never did. I thought I saw our dad's white Honda and became scared. Karm told me that I had to stop getting scared every time I saw a white car because it's never his car and his car is white Honda Civic and not every white car is a white Honda Civic.

- This was the first time anyone of us would take the metro and we were completely clueless about how we would get off once we arrived at our stop. Then, I saw an old lady push a red button and the bus came to a stop at the next bus stop. This is when I learned that pushing the red button next to our seats would signal the driver that we needed to get off, which I did.
- We made it to Windsor, but my job wasn't done yet. I would have to play peasant for an hour--fetching my sister a new size for every single dress that fit her too small or too big. In order to not forget the new sizes she desired, I would repeat them in my head, over and over again. This helped me remember the size long enough until I made it the designated area of every single dress.
- After a long bus drive back home, I was confident that we wouldn't get caught because our mom was suppose to be getting her hair. I was completely wrong; inside awaited an angry mom ready to give us some type of punishment. To my luck, my sister was the only one who got her phone taken away because once our mom heard that Karm knew Windsor was the only place she would find a dress and wanted to eagerly go, she dismissed all of my sister's claims about how I was the one who came up with the idea and voluntarily agreed to sneak out with her. She believed that sneaking out was completely unlike me but not unlike Karm, at least that's what she thought.
