War Affected Children Pt 2: Kaitlyn, William & Trevor

The story of these children's lives is not over. There is always hope. When we open our hearts and homes to children affected by war, we can help children heal from their traumatic experiences.
But how exactly do we help these children? These are the most common ways: - Support a refugee child - donate to refugee children - be a foster parent/adopt a refugee child
Children return to the village because they decided William needs some medical attention. “We need to find help!” Kaitlyn says worridley. The streets are bare, most of the buildings they grew up with are destroyed, there are fires around, and bodies of people they know in the streets. “Well we can’t find it here!” Trevor answers. “What do we do now?” Kaitlyn asks.

Aid society lady(Kaitlyn’s voice),”Hi, I’m from the aid society. Don't worry, we have this under control. You can come with us, and we will feed you, and take care of your injuries, and place you in loving families who will welcome you into their homes.” Kids follow her into the truck and the truck drives off.
