Hey Hayden, what's with all this ADHD talk recently? Do you actually know what it is?
Yeah it’s been getting a lot of attention lately, and to be honest I’m glad that it does! ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It’s a condition that affects how someone focuses, sits still, and controls their impulses. People with ADHD can get distracted easily or have trouble staying still, even when they really want to.

Exactly, but with ADHD, it’s not just getting distracted once in a while. It happens all the time and can make stuff like school, work, or even simple tasks really hard. People with ADHD might start things but struggle to finish them because their brain keeps jumping to new things.

I think I kind of get it. But isn’t it just being a bit hyper or not paying attention sometimes?
That’s what a lot of people think, but it’s more complicated. ADHD isn’t just about being hyperactive. There are different types. Some people have the “inattentive” type, which means they might not be fidgety but still struggle to focus. Others have the “hyperactive-impulsive” type, where they can’t stop moving around or act without thinking first. And some people have both types,
