The Good Friday agreement is now official! Northern Ireland will be getting it's own parliament. It is our goal to have a peaceful transition, groups like IRA are now done. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can now work together, this is for the best.
Immediate outcomes will be less violence and one of the big goals of getting Northern Ireland Assembly up and running. This will allow Northern Ireland to now fully work with the nationalists and the unionists. More power for Northern Ireland! But most importantly peace between each other.

The Good Friday agreement was arguably the most significant step in making sure Northern Ireland the Republic of Ireland will cooperate. Long term impacts of this agreement is political stability, sharing of power, less violence and peace between the unionists and nationalists. These 2 countries still have problems, but this agreement has set them up for more success.
