- Nora is browsing job ads on jobs.ch. She finds a project manager position that sounds interesting. After investigating on the company profile, she's still not sure if the company culture and her personal values will fit.
- Decision
- She sees that 15 people working currently at the company can be reached via jobs messenger, 2 of them with similar roles as in the job ad. She contacts one of them via messenger.
- Application
- Julia receives an email with the anonymous message from Nora, explaining that she is thinking about applying for the open job as a project manager (job ad info is included). Julia replies, also anonymous (so that the feedback is surely honest), giving her a company insight and offers to have a call if further information is needed by Nora.
- Nora is notified about the answer. Julia's reply encourages Nora to apply for the job.
