Ooh another one I wrote! I wrote this one in 1786. It gives natural rights to free opinion and free practice of religion. And it helped form the first amendment, "Freedom of expression."

Yes! I remember now-
This document was written in 1777 by the Second Continental Congress. This was written to establish a new government in the US. It was going to be the Constitution, but it wasn't strong enough.
