- He is having fear of being alone. He is thinking about all his fears. It is important because this whole topic is about fear. it builders the theme by letting the readers know what to expect. He has a lot of fears But he will mainly always have one big one. And it’s haunting him.
- WHEN I HAVE FEARS THAT I MAY CEASE TO BE
- It is once again talking bout romance. The theme of the story has to do with fear. And this is his fear. When it seems pretty or calm outside if makes him think of romance. Those are the days couples go out and enjoy each others company in the nice weather. This shows a couple being proposed to. He never had that. He’s scared it might not happen for him.

- Assonance is used in the poem. He repeats the words over and over. They all mean one thing and it is fear. He gives a reason for his fear. He explains them in short words that all mean the same. They all go with the meaning of the poem.

- The sonnet used if called Spenserian. Every word rhymes after every other sentence. It would be Abab cdcd efef gg. The turn starts on line 7. The beginning of the poem was a natural mood but after line 7, it starts to get sad, Like his thoughts really got the best of him.  He speaks about not having a chance at love like it was not meant for him even though he would like to have love in his life. 
- That I shall never look upon
- In this line he is sad. He’s talking about never looking for love. As if he is scared. it might fail or hurt him.  He chooses to be alone, as if he thinks it’s best for him. He is filled with nothing of fear.
- The theme of the story is about fearing. Weather it’s death, love, or anything.  No body really looks at the beauty in life and enjoys it to the fullest. They are always focused on what’s going on In that moment or fallowing other people. Instead of living life themselves so when they die they die happy. 
- He has fears. He thinks of all the beautiful and the bad of the world. And how people should enjoy it. He thinks about death as if he’s afraid he will die to soon before he does what he loves. He doesn’t feel ready. 
- Of the wide world I stand alone, and think 
- This line is where he sounded upset. Where he changes his mood and talks about love.  He gives up on it and says he should never look for it. As if it’s not worth it. Maybe he fears of it hurting him in the end.
