- Jeffery falls off a stool when Steven makes oatmeal. Blood is gushing out of Jeffery's nose and the mom takes him to the hospital. At the end of the day the Alper Family learns Jeffrey has leukemia. Which means the Alper family's life has to change.
- Steven gets the main role in the Spring Concert. Jeffery goes through treatment in Philadelphia and Steven goes through the 5 stages of grief which is denial, bargaining, anger, depression, and acceptance.The Alper family have a lot of hospital bills to pay and the mom quit her job.
- Annette broke her arm so she can't play in the spring concert, so she helps Renee turn the spring concert into a fundraiser to help pay for Jeffery's bill. During intermission Anette and Renee announce that they raised $22,000. Jeffery Throws up and Steven goes with him to the hospital.
- At the E.R. the Alper family learns that Jeffery only had a ear infection, and they go to Philidephia to go get treatment. And Steven learns that the next day Steven goes with jeffery to philihis friend Samantha died.
- Steven Graduates and Jefferys in remission. Annette and Steven aren't friends anymore they are dating.
