The scientist murder

The Body of a 75 year old scientist has been found in a research lab in the nearby building. My name is Hana and I am the lead detective of this case, me and my team have narrowed down a list of 3 suspects based on our research and the results of examining the crime scene/area.
The crime was committed in a highly secured research lab. There was no one other than the victim in the lab. The only way to get in, is from this door using a key. The only way someone would have gotten in is from the inside by unlocking the door using the control panel. The control panel is light activated and can only be open if the light hits the control panel at a 90 degree angle. The person that did this must have been an expert in optics.
A pair of converging lenses was found at the crime scene and they did not belong to the victim. Converging lenses correct farsighted visions. Meaning the lens produces an image further from the eye than the object. A blood sample was also found at the crime scene. It did not belong to the victim. My team sent in to the lab for testing.
Blood Sample report. -No evidence of poisons or toxins-No evidence of abnormal cells- There are traces of magnesium hydroxide from an antacid in the blood- There is a low level of insulin in the blood sample
