Siužetinės Linijos Aprašymas
ELA project for "The Odyssey".
Siužetinės Linijos Tekstas
The crew is hiding on the underbellies of Polyphemus' sheep, waiting for him to release them.
Everyone be silent! The cyclops will be coming soon!
When Polyphemus let his sheep free, he unknowingly released his prisoners as well.
My beautiful, precious sheep, how I love you.
Run men run! And bring the sheep too!
While the men escape Polyphemus, they take his sheep as well.
We're coming, make room!
The men converged on their ship, along with the stolen sheep.
Hooray, you guys are back!
You are a malevolent cyclops who couldn't even keep his sheep safe or keep men prisoner!
Odysseus purposefully angers and riles up Polyphemus while his men try and calm him down.
It is I, Odysseus who blinded you! I am esteemed by men and gods alike!
Odysseus finally tells the cyclops his name so that when others ask who blinded him, he can answer.
