  • This is a Character vs. Nature conflct because Lyddie, who is a charcter, is facing a problem that is presented by nature, which is a bear that has entered their cabin.
  • This shows that it is a Character vs. Character conflict because the Mistress, who is a character, is mad at Lyddie, who is another character. This is a conflict between two characters.
  • This is a Character vs. Self conflict because Lyddie isn't sure if she should give Ezekial her calf money. She has to make difficult choice, so she is in an argument with herself.
