Siužetinės Linijos Tekstas

  • SOMEDAY I WILL DANCE ON MY TOES LIKE THIS LADY. I WILL BE HAPPY TOO!
  • The war has come to our town. We are running away from the debils. You should run away too.
  • Ugh! Trash!
  • Dad? Is that you?
  • Where are you going?
  • Mabinty Bangura!! Wait up!!
  • Are you crazy? Your parents are dead.
  • Mabinty (Michaela) thinks she hears her dead father’s voice at the gate of the orphanage and thinks he might not be dead.
  • Mabinty Bangura (Michaela) and Mabinty Suma go to the gate of the orphanage making their way through the swirling dust clouds.
  • Hmm, I think that she might be dancing.
  • Isn't that a funny way to walk?
  • Dancing! On tippy-toe! It's impossible to do that!
  • When they reach the gate, Mabinty (Michaela) does not see her father, but just a bunch of people escaping and running away from the war and the debils.
  • When looking at all of the people through the gate, a magazine hits Mabinty (Michaela) in the face and she calls it trash.
  • After taking the magazine off her face, Mabinty (Michaela) looks at it, and sees a white lady on the cover, wearing a short pink skirt and pink shoes, dancing on her toes.
  • Seeing the lady dancing makes Mabinty (Michaela) happy, makes her want to dance on her toes like the lady, and makes her want to be whatever the lady is (she later finds out that this lady is a ballerina and she is dancing ballet).
