All right. Well, I was about your age, maybe 8 or 9;

My father was the greatest sea captain there was, and I thought I was just as good. I acted just like him. My friend Jack warned me I would get into trouble one day.
Who’s that?
One night, a horrible storm swept over the seas. I was calling out orders instead of paying attention to what the crew was telling me. I was swept over board and plunged into the water.
I’ll never forget the faces of the crew when Ivy brought me home.
I wish I could sail on the sea with you and your crew. They seemed to really love you.

I was washed ashore, only to just about become lunch for a hungry beast. But a young Indian girl saved me.
The girl introduced herself as Ivy, and took me back to her village where the rest of her tribe was waiting. She convinced them to help me get back to my family.
…so if you wouldn’t mind, Joey really needs to find his father. He should be near the sea’s edge.
Ivy brought me back to the crew and we left for sea once again.
