I get it, people need to make money but forcing businesses to pay a certain wage? that's just not fair and messing with their individual freedom
yeah, but Locke some people can barely afford to live because they are paid so little, the government has to step in and make sure everyone survives

sure people need money, but making businesses pay a certain amount isn't the answer. Let the market decide on wages
but what if the market is unfair? Not everyone has the same power. If a company can get away with paying someone a tiny amount, they would just abuse it. Someone has to make sure workers aren't getting screwed
I still think people should have the freedom to negotiate how much they get paid

yeah maybe. but I still think people should have the freedom to decide what's best for them.
true but we need a balance. The government should help make sure basic needs are met
