Ma'am, if you have this baby it will suffer for it's whole life, but it is illegal to terminate your pregnancy, so I have no other options for you.

Ma'am your best option is to terminate this pregnancy so the baby doesn't suffer. It's now legal because it is protected under your 1,4,5,9,14 Ammendment Rights.
The outcome of Roe v. Wade set the precedent about how the Due Process Clause in the 14th Ammendment should be interpreted (strictly or not) without violating a citizen's rights.
