  • S.M.A.R.T Goals
  • You should create a SMART goal. Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time related. Instead of just saying I want to get stronger you should set a deadline for it and be more specific.  Also find a way to track your progress. Before you start you need to make sure your goal is achievable and can physically be done. Lastly you need to be sure that this goal is relevant to you.
