He is telling the witches that his murder makes him not guilty, and how they should never scare him.

Since he is going to do a bad deed he starts to hallucinate with a dagger in front of him showing that he is going crazy

He hears a bell ringing and how it is time to do what he is going to do. This means that he is hearing things and that he is also going insane

Basically saying that they killed Ban quo but there's still an heir and he can still be king when he comes back.

They are saying that if it is true that he is dead and he will find out when he dies.
