- Stanley has now made more friends but today was different. Stanley saw the water truck coming and so he got out of his hole and waited for it to come, but while he was waiting to get water one of the boys in his group stole sunflower seeds! So once Mr. Sir drove off he threw it to everyone and once I got it I dropped it. And Mr. Sir took me to see the warden and she hit Mr. Sir with rattlesnake venom and told me to leave.
- Climax
- Stanley Yalnats is a teenage boy who seems to be at the wrong place and wrong time. Stanley one day was walking home and a pair of shoes fell on his head and he took them but he didn't know they were from a homeless shelter. Stanley now blames the family curse but has to pay the cost and go to Camp Green Lake for 18 months.
- Resulution
- Stanley had to change in front of Mr. Sir that day and Mr. Sir told Stanley not to run because they are the only place that has water. On the first day there Stanley had to dig a hole to build character and he has to do it for the next 18 months, Stanley still thinks it's the curse that got him there and he regrets being there that day.
- Denouement
- I found zero out farther than I thought the dry lake could go me and zero wanted to try to climb up to God's thumb so when we started claiming zero threw up because of the sploosh and I had to carry zero up the rest of the mountain. Once we got to the top there were so many bugs then I realized that that means there is water! So I dug up water and found a ton of onions too!
- Stanley and Zero get a ride home from Stanley's lawyer and rain starts to pour behind them because they broke the curse.And the Camp was shut down and they get to enjoy the tresure.
- Stanley and Zero arrive at Stanley's house and Stanley is so happy to see his family and Zero was happy to be with them and not a Camp . Zero finally gets to see his mom for the first time since she left him, Zero now lives with the Yelnats.
