- Franch and Britin were in a war so the U.S helped both with food.At first it was fine but then both France and Britin thought that the U.S were helping the enemy and they started taking U.S ships.

- The United States were invading Canada so Britin got angry becouse it was their land and they didn´t want america taking thier land.

- The peace treaty of Ghent was signed 1815 by President Madison that makes the war efitule over.
