  • Good morning students. Today I am going to tell you about the fundamental rights given in our Indian#160; Constitution. So, let's start .#160;The first right is the right to equality it means every Indian should be treated equally whether#160; its a man or woman.
  • The second right is the right to freedom it means all Indian citizens need to have freedom of speech and expression. Freedom to travel in any part of the country but with some rules and regulation.
  • It means we are not allowed to work in factories.
  • .The third right#160; is the right against exploitation. It means that every kid in India is not allowed to work in factories or any hazardous occupation.#160;#160;
  • .The fourth right#160; is the right about freedom of every religion. Every Indian is given the right#160; to follow or believe in any religion. Also, the state cannot collect any taxes to promote a particular religion.#160; #160;
  • That's why we study in good school.
  • .The fifth right#160; is the right about#160; cultural and educational rights. It gives the right to every citizen of India to promote his culture and language. It also ensures that every kid should get good quality education.#160;
  • High Court#160;Supreme Court
  • .The sixth right is the right#160; to constitutional remedies it means if any citizen of India want to get their fundamental#160; rights the can approach the court.#160;That's all for today's session.THANK YOU
