The song is about yearning for someone they can't be with, which reflects Hermia and Lysander's situation. Now that they're finally together, its a fitting song to play at their wedding.
Location Justification.Its in a graveyard to show the death of Hermias old marriage and her love for Lysander and the rest of their future together.
