Specifically, Stalin agreed to join the war against the Japanese, Germany was to be split into four zones each controlled by either the USSR, USA, France, and Britain, berlin was to be divided between the four occupying powers, the nazi war criminals should be hunted down and punished, countries that had been freed from nazi control would be able to hold free elections, the 'big three' agreed to join a new 'united nations', and the 'big three' agreed that eastern Europe would be seen as 'soviet sphere of influence'.
