It was December, and the narrator heard taps on his chamber door Like any other person, he said it was "some late visitor, and nothing more."

It's the wind .. Lenore is that you?
The tapping came several times before the raven appeared.
nevermore!!
"What are you called in hell?!"
The narrator started to get impatient and mad.
nevermore!
His friends are probably gone... where's Lenore!?
The narrator figured out that all the bird says is "nevermore." He thought it had something to do with Lenore, his love who is gone.
