I understand. It sounds like your under alot of pressure. I'm not trying to blame you but i want to figure out a plan as to how we can stay on track going forward.

I appreciate that. i just dont know how to ask for help without hindering my career
Moving forward it would be best to talk about this early so it doesn't affect the entire team. Maybe we can schedule weekly checkins to keep the flow and flag issues earlier
I agree that would help alot. I think having more structure would take some of the laod off.
