2.PADS. Pads are very commonly used, and are more comfortable than pads in my opinion. It all depends on your comfortability levels though. You'll need to change them when they are full, or every 4 hours.TAMPONS. You'll most likely use tampons when you are older, especially since you might be scared to use them now. Tampons can be left in for longer, at a maximum of 8 hours.
