Juliet is waiting for Romeo, then the Nurse comes in with news about Romeo. 
Juliet Remembers Romeo is Banished
My Romeo is banished, and my cousin Tybalt is dead.
The Nurse comes in the room bearing news that Romeo has slain Tybalt. 
More Mourning
I will weep over Romeo's banishment for I have barely been a wife!
Your parents are crying over Tybalt's corpse. What will you do?
The Nurse talks badly about Romeo and Juliet defends Romeo. Juliet is conflicted of this and asks herself if she should be joyous or sad?

Juliet reflects about Romeo's banishment and what that meant for their marriage. Juliet also mourns for Tybalt. 
The Nurse asks what Juliet will do and she replies in sadness saying she will die a widow and such.
