Hi my names jimmy and I would like to give you a tour of how we make the worlds DNA around here.
This is DNA. It has a double helix and is the source of life as it is.
Now the firs steps to make DNA is topoisomerase by unwinding the DNA,. Also Helicase is breaks the hydrogen bonds. And the SSBs are keeping the bases apart.
On the bottom right of the DNA building process you can see the 5' end and above that is the 3' end.
You can see DNA polymerase 1 on the top lagging strand and polymerase 3 on the bottom leading strand
On the lagging strand Okazaki fragments are located which are connected together by DNA Ligase.
On the front of the Okazaki fragments and start of the leading strand their is Primase created by RNA primer to help RNA polymerases start.
Now you know how we at DNA Replication Corporation make the worlds DNA. Have a great day!
