Transportation is water coming out of something for example a plant, water comes out of the plant and transports to the clouds.

Invisible water vapor condenses into tiny liquid water droplets (clouds). When the cloud droplets combine they from heavier cloud drops and fall back onto earth.

Condensation happens because of temperature changes as warmer air floats up into the sky where it is cold condensation happens in tiny liquid particles.
