  • Hi! My name is Noah and I am a student at Letchworth Elementary School. I love school but sometimes I get nervous there to.
  • I like learning, but when it is my turn to talk in front of the class, I feel nervous or scared to talk. 
  • When I used to feel this way, I would look down, get very quiet, or put my head in my lap.

  • Not anymore! I close my eyes and I remember what Miss Malley taught me to do when I feel nervous!
