Journey of a water molecule

Hi, I am Luisa the water droplet and I am sitting on the surface of a river
Then after I turn into gas I rise into the sky.
Today is very hot and sunny and the sun warms the lake turning me into gas
As the air rises it cools. The cool air condenses and forms clouds.
I rise into the clouds that is filled with some of my friends which are also water droplets.
And we fall into the ground with a splash
As me and my friends the, water droplets, grow we fall out of the cloud.
This process is called evaporation
Then I soak into the ground traveling through the soil.
This process is called condensation
After, I run off the surface into streams, rivers, lakes, becoming surface water and eventually flowing into the oceans
This process is called precipitation
After all I come back to the lake/ ocean and once again the sun heat the water and I evaporate into the sky
This process is called infiltration
This process is called surface runoff
The water cycle repeats
