- I'm having trouble with Physics. Newton's 1st law doesn't really make sense to me!
- 'An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion (going at the same velocity, and acceleration) will stay in motion, unless acted upon by another force.'
- Let's say I'm sitting in this chair, not accelerating, or moving.I will stay like this until another force acts on me! (Katie pushing me)
- And when I've been pushed, I'll keep going forwards in the chair, until another force (Friction, Gravity, or the ball in this case) stops me!
- Now you're getting it!
- So, can you explain it to me?
- Sure!

- I need you to explain Newton's Second Law...
- Yeah, I can! So if something is still, and if something is moving, the both will keep doing what they're doing!
