  • There's so many people here!
  • Mekkah
  • I am going to run through these mountains now
  • I am throwing stones at the pillar to symbolise the devil
  • More than 2 million Muslims are here for Hajj and they are walking around the Kabbah seven times
  • Now it's time to pray
  • They do this to remember an important person (Ishmail) in Muslim history. This was the story of Hagar and Ishmail, who left with no water in the mountains, Ishmail dug his heel into the ground and water came gushing out.
  • I shave my head and sacrificed an animal
  • They throw stones at the pillars to symbolise the devil and camp out in the tents behind him.
  • We've completed the Hajj and now I'm a Hajja
  • I have too and I'm a Hajji
  • Then they go to Mount Arafat to spend the day praying and after sunset they go to Muzdalifah for the main day of Hajj and they spend the night there.
  • They shave off their hair and sacrifice animals. This day is called Eid-ul-Adha.
  • They then go back to Mecca and circle it seven times again. Once they have finished Hajj, they are named a Hajji, if they are a male, and a Hajja, if they are a female
