- Tate decides to move in with her brother Corbin. She needs a place to stay while she earns money for her own place while she still studies and works.
- Climax

- Meets Corbin's friend Miles who she finds really attractive. She told herself she was going to focus on school and work.
- Falling Action

- I can't ever love anyone again. I'm so hurt, I could never be in a relationship again.
- She begins to catch feeling behind her brother's back. They hook up a few times. They spend more and more time together.
- Resolution
- I am so sorry Miles. I promise I'm going to love you forever and I never gave up on our love.
- When I was 18 I had a son and after a week me and my girlfriend got into a car accident and I lost him. I could never forgive myself and ever since then She never saw me the same way. I've been trying to avoid love ever since.
- Miles tells her she doesn't what anything with her put to hook up. He lets her know she can't ask about his past and not expect a future. Also, Miles hasn't had a girlfriend for over 6 years.
- She begins to fall in love with him. She doesn't give up on her love for him. She talks to him about how he feels and he just begins to cry. Tate doesn't know what to do for him to stop hurting, all she can do is hold him.
- Miles goes to her past love just to see if she's happy because if she's happy he's able to be happy. He goes there and she's doing better than he thought. He goes back home and explains to Tate everything about his pasted. How he lost a son and lost the love of his life. And how he didn't think he deserved love.
