- we could cut out our duties or chores we do at our homes
- group yourselves in pairs and cut out things you do at your homes from magazines.
- our pictures show things we do in the morning such as brushing our teeth, bathing and dressing up
- our pictures show different duties or chores we do at our homes such as washing dishes, doing garden and more.
- now I want to hear your answers. first show me pictures and tell me what they mean
- The teacher introduces the Life Skills topic of Home and focus on the subtopic of " What I do at home". She asked the learners to think about things they do at home, she is trying to elicit the learners knowledge and get their ideas.
- We are going to play a game now, first you have to put the the pictures you got from the magazines on the floor. distance them from one another, so put one picture on each block.
- The teacher tells the learners to take magazines from the book shelves and take scissors that they will need to cut out the pictures that shows things they do at their homes. She then group learners in pairs and tells them to work together.
- you are going to hop and jump on in each picture you chose while singing a nursery rhyme that we will create using your pictures as a guide.
- when you jump to another picture, you look at what the picture is about and sing about it following our songs rhythm
- our nursery rhyme for group 1 goes like, everyday day when i wake up(I wake up x2) I Brush my teeth etc
- The teacher is trying to get answers from learners by asking them to show her pictures they cut out of the magazine and explain what the picture is about.

- The teacher is explaining and giving learners instructions to follow when playing the game.
- The teacher demonstrate the play activity to learners and give each group the rhythm of the song they will use to sing out their pictures.
- the learners are singing together as a pair while looking at those pictures to remember the lyrics that comes next. the rest of the class helps them by clapping hands and singing along with them and the teacher until they are able to sing alone.
