- You may not have realised, but cheese, cream and many other dairy products all come from the produce of the cow: milk.

- When a cow feels that it is ready to give milk, on a modern farm, technology is key. All of machinery that milks a cow is automatically cleaned at the end of the process to keep it hygienic and safe.

- Once the milk has been pasteurised to make it safe from bacteria, thats the end of the journey for the milk and it now can be bottled and sold. However, to make the cheese, there's more to go!
