- Okay Mr. Fernandez, I received your payment. Thank you and have a good day!
- You witness your colleague stealing. She overbills customers, keeps the money and covers it up with false accounting records. However, your company has a motto that says, "Work ethically and legally".
- What?! why did she do that?
- Several meetings have been held about how stress your company experiences due to complaints about billing errors coming from customers. Your boss emphasizes that if anyone sees anything wrong, it must be reported directly to him.
- What am I supposed to do?
- You are not sure whether to tell your boss about what you have seen, or to keep quiet.
- I am in trouble now, should I report it to my boss or not? 
- You have trouble figuring out which path to pursue in this hard situation because you are well aware of how stress your company in this issue, and you are also afraid that your colleague will get mad at you if she figures out what you did.
- Thank you for your honesty! 
- You decide to tell your boss about the unethical behavior you have seen inside of the workplace that goes against a valuable company role. Your boss thanks you and tells you he will handle it.
- Your boss handles it quietly and doesn't mention your name when dealing with the situation. Unfortunately, she got fired for stealing, which is an act of embezzlement, and she deserved it. You are thankful of the decision you made because honesty is an important quality that you greatly value.
- I'm really sorry sir. Please give me a chance.
- I'm firing you! We don't tolerate unprofessional behavior in my company. Get your stuff packed and leave before I call the police!
