- On 1526 Cabeza de Vaca explored Florida -Narvez expedition . On 1528 shipwreck on Gavaston Island. On 1536 arrived in Mexico city telling stories of the Fabled city of Gold .
- On 1540 Cornado discoverd the Grand Canyon and didnot find the 7 cities of gold .
- On 1648 La Salle arived in Texas . On 1687-45 surrvivors of the orginal 400 left for Canada . He was killed by his own men . Only 7 survied the expedition .
