- I'm Sarah and I'm Larry and we are exploring sea world! I will take you guys on a trip to all of the different economies.
- Oceana
- Sarah, this is an example of a command economy. The government controls how much money you will make.
- I just got offered a job cleaning fish for $9 an hour.
- Coral Reef
- oh! So that means I'm not completely controlled but I still have rules to follow and decisions to make on my own.
- Next stop we are at Coral Reef. This place is like a mixed economy. Private and government owned resources are here, just like the reefs in this town!
- Take Off
- Bubble Town
- Next stop is Bubble Town! Bubble town is like a market economy. Market economies are controlled by thre people of the givernment. Just like the fish can controll how many bubbles are in the water
- First Stop
- Snorkelville
- I can't wait to go snorkeling, thanks for all the information!
- Last stop is Snorkelville! This place is an example of a traditional economy which is when goods and services are produced the way they have always been. Just like when you go snorkeling here, you wear the same gear so you stay safe!
- Second Stop
- Take off
