- I think this part is sad because they are killing innocent pigeons. I wonder why they were killing them. I wonder how beans felt about them killing pigeons. I think that the people who were killing the pigeons wouldn't it be very loud. "Thought the day the squeak of the seesaw and the crack of the swings joined the sound of the shotguns"

- In this scene palmer is hearing sounds from the closet. So he saw a ghost kneeling down on the closet floor. He says he is not scared but he is. the book states "Tell them the room was clwaing with cooties, or a ghost used to live there."

- In this part Palmer was in a box it got opened and saw daylight. So when he was out he saw tons of people and thought of them like they were pigeons. He thought that he was in his bed dreaming but he wasn't. the book states "He can see it. His bird terrified in the smothering darkness of the box it's like a coffin when suddenly one wall springs up and light pours in and he's free to go."
