Unknown Story

I am the Shocker and I live here in Gotham City.  I gained the ability to shock my enemies to death.
There are many villains in this city but i will be known amongst them to be the one to kill Batman.  But first i must get his attention.

Me and my mother have moved here.  We came with hopes of a new life.  But that life was ended along with my mothers. 
One day, me and my mother came home from school late at night.  There we saw the Batman chasing after a villain.  He suddenly crashed into me and my mother
My beloved mother died on impact.  However I only lost my leg.  BUt i fell into Batman's engine and the car shocked me.  
From then, I have hated Batman.  He killed my mother and almlost ended my life along with hers.  
My mission from then on was to shock and kill Batman for the murder he is.
I was shocked with around 5 coulombs of electrical energy
