This really sucks, the environment is getting destroyed for next to no reason.
Wow, not only is the environment taking a toll, but the people who used to live here were forced out because of all of their resources being taken away by other countries and corporations.
This factory is a pretty bad place to work, but at least everyone here had some sort of option to work here and knows the risks.
The people here are working with dangerous, toxic, and even some radioactive materials but they have next to no protective equipment and half of them don't even know this and don't even have any other choice on where to go since they don't have skills that would be useful in any other job.
We produce nearly 6 million kilograms of waste on average every day, we make so much waste that there are patches of garbage in the ocean the size of Texas. A lot of things that we do wouldn't even help since the cause of this ocean garbage is so massively misinterpreted as being mostly plastic bottles and stuff even though a majority of it is things like discarded fishing nets.
Holy, not only are we producing insane amounts of waste every day, but companies are actively making products seem obsolete, making people get rid of their old things and throw them out even though they're perfectly good. All for more profit.
No wonder my old devices would always stop working after a while!
