I made the changes because I thought it would be more dramatic. Paige Turner and Maverick are dating as teens. I wanted them to be teenagers because I thought it would be more dramatic if Maverick died because they still thought they had their whole future together. I also chose for them to be teens because Paige will still have enough time in her future to learn her lesson. Greed can kill lives.
