I chose for the main character 'Jimmy' to be diagnosed with depression because it is common and has fantastic practice methods to treat it.
I feel pretty isolated and overwhelmed I've just been diagnosed with depression

His friend is trying to help figure out the issue and is trying to encourage further action and is ensuring a check-in after she shares practice methods. She even ensures his physical activity after promising to kick a footy around with him whilst chatting.
